Marketing Operations Manager

We specialize in GenAI-driven solutions, such as, IDE extensions for automated test generation, an AI-enhanced pull-request git agent for improving code review processes., RAG, and others. Our mission is to generate confidence for developers, enhancing productivity and code quality.
We are looking for a marketing operations manager with a strategic mind, analytical mind and excellent communication skills to join our marketing team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the lifecycle marketing funnel, collecting insights and detecting issues.

What will you do?
- Own all Marketing and Sales day to day operations on Hubspot, including reporting and analysis of pipeline
- Collaborate with different functions to establish KPIs, targets, and scoring models to drive scalable business growth.
- Facilitate marketing campaigns and activities by running the infrastructure and verifying quality.
- Identify pain points and business opportunities in various funnels and customer journeys and collaborate with relevant departments to find the best solutions.
- Assisting with data cleanliness in the various systems, merging like records, researching causes of bugs in order to correct processes
- Developing and managing marketing technology stacks to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies
- Overseeing and optimizing marketing automation processes to improve workflow efficiencies
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions both in Hubspot and other analytics platforms
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices within marketing operations
- Test and add enrichment data sources to make sure prospects data is accurate and helpful to create a strong pipeline
- Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or business operations roles within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Demonstrated experience with Hubspot, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools - a must
- In-depth understanding of various marketing and sales functions and methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, and SQL is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing plans and processes for complex operations.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and explain complex mechanisms and models using diverse documentation tools.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to conceptualize and implement user-centric solutions.
