XDR- Sales Development

About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, curious, and proactive XDR to help us grow our customer base through both outbound and inbound channels.

As an XDR at Qodo, you’ll play a pivotal role at the top of our sales funnel. Whether it’s identifying and reaching out to the right prospects, or qualifying leads from inbound marketing efforts, you’ll be the first point of contact and trusted guide for potential customers. Your mission: spark meaningful conversations, understand business challenges, and open doors for our sales team to deliver value.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to build and nurture a healthy pipeline, while constantly learning, iterating, and refining your approach. If you’re curious, resilient, and eager to make an impact at a fast-growing AI startup – we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue outbound opportunities through cold outreach, strategic prospecting, and creative multi-channel campaigns
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts (product signups, demo requests, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand pain points, business goals, and align prospects with the right solutions
  • Assess lead intent, urgency, and fit to ensure high-quality opportunities are handed off to Account Executives
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and others to research, personalize, and track outreach
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or sales development in a tech/SaaS environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • A proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and building relationships with diverse personas
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills – comfortable juggling multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Strong business acumen and ability to tailor messaging across industries and roles
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a drive to continuously learn and improve
