Qodo is seeking a driven and experienced SDR Lead to champion our sales development efforts and pave the way for future team growth. Your Mission:

As the SDR Lead, you will act as a bridge between sales and marketing, taking ownership of our outbound prospecting efforts while helping define and refine best practices. You will be the go-to expert in sales development, leading by example and positioning yourself for future managerial growth as we expand the team.

What Will You Do:

  • Take the lead in prospecting and generating high-quality sales opportunities through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop, test, and optimize outreach strategies and playbooks.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced SDRs, sharing insights, techniques, and best practices.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and report on key results.
  • Act as a liaison between SDRs and Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on goals.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for scaling the SDR function and contribute to building a strong foundation for future growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a top-performing SDR or similar role in sales development, with a deep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively guide and mentor peers.
  • Expertise with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other relevant technologies.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine approaches.
  • A self-starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A collaborative and customer-centric approach, with an eagerness to contribute to Qodo’s overarching success.
